Enactus creates projects aimed to have an impact based off the triple bottom line: social, environmental and financial. Through Enactus I have been able to participate and be a part of programs, social enterprises and events.
The Chemical Engineering Student Society (ChESS) is a student run council representing students pursuing an undergraduate degree offered by the department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Ottawa. For the 2016-2017 academic year I served as the Vice President of Financial Affairs.
Legacy is Canada’s biggest student led entrepreneurship conference. From April 2015 to 2016 I was fortunate to be a part of the Growth and Academic team. Through this role I was able build relationships with a large number of students, faculty and entrepreneurial communities.
Teaching has been one of my passions from a young age. I began tutoring in the 9th grade, and haven’t stopped since! My specialties include all levels of math (up to university), and high school level chemistry and physics.
Strat24 is Ottawa’s premier interfaculty case competition attracting the top 40 students from the faculty of Engineering and Telfer School of Management.
Math has been my academic forte since I can remember. When I began university I often found myself helping my peers with new material which was not covered in the general high school curriculum. I took it upon myself to begin a math enrichment program at my high school where I would teach higher level material once a week.
